Here it is. I rebooted and at the login screen, lost BT connectivity. Unplugged then plugged BT adapter into same USB port. Nothing. Moved to a different port, works fine.

I also remember in the past, after logging in, the BT would lose connectivity again, and again, I would have to plug the USB into a different port. So I had to repeat the same process to regain functionality.
