Awsome! (yea i as definitely guessing things would timeout trying to launch 100 instances at once :) ) So, we know that this can occur with just one nova-compute node. Is there any chance we could get a copy of the full logs uploaded to dropbox or w/e? I think if we add some print statements to allocate_for_instance() showing the time and instance id we should be able to figure out what's going on.
