I am caught by this bug since this summer.

My server is HP DL165, which is using AMD Opteron 6220

This bug seems Ubuntu specific. This summer I tried ubuntu 10.04/12.04 on Xenserver 6.02 and never succeeded, but centos works.

Today I tried ubuntu again on Xenserver 6.1, Now the status is
Ubuntu 10.4 64bit works
ubuntu 12.04 32bit works
ubuntu alternative 12.04 64bit works

But ubuntu 12.04.1 Server 64bit still failed.

Questions:

How did the previous report get the system log in Xenserver?

When will the patch go into Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit?
