NO you go to your local PC World and complain ... to the staff, then to the manager. Gently, but firmly, to the effect that they are bound to give proper support to all of their Linux compatible products, (at this time peripherals only). If the staff and the branch manager fail to help, please write to the CEO. This is the way to do it!
