Comment 1511 for bug 1

Hi :) I definitely appreciate Martin's research into this and getting some
quantifiable stats about it. We can all make assumptions or note 1 or a few
personal experiences but the more professional approach gives us more to think
about. Such as good questions to ask in future studies and which issues people
weren't so bothered about.
