The only "duplicate" link there was, was the link I mentioned before.
If the link is removed the error message is removed, however the library becomes unusable to java applications.

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Native library (com/sun/jna/linux-s390x/libjnidispatch.so) not found in resource path

This MIGHT be a potential result of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libjna-java/+bug/1065253 , however, a default jenkins installation will not find libjnidispatch.

This is an issue that I was able to reproduce on at least 3 systems installed from the original sources.
