Bug Description
Sometimes when I log into my account on the wiki using Launchpad OpenID I get an 500 Server Error. After reloading the page I am logged in but the old wiki theme is displayed (the one before the recent update). When I log off I see the new theme again. The theme problem happens on every login the server error only sometimes. Favicon is always recent.
This problem occurs on Ubuntu Maverick with Chromium and Firefox. Cleaning temporary files and that stuff doesn't help.
By the way, when trying to switch theme using »User preferences« I either get an server error or an wiki error message saying »This email address already belongs to someone else«.

The 500 errors are known and will hopefully be fixed soon when the site is upgraded. The email problem is a dup of #685436.
