Bug Description
If I start the contacts app explicitly, there is a function to add a new contact. (drag up from bottom, hit the "+ Add" item).
However, if I go to the identical-looking "Contacts" function in the dialer app, I can't add a contact. It appears that there is no way to add a contact in the dialer app without first having a call to/from that number in the call log. The bottom-menu seems to be missing when invoked via dialer instead of directly.
These two interfaces should probably have the same feature set, including how contacts are added.
