Bug Description
When an application is run on a desktop (and maybe on a tablet), tabs should look more like traditional tabs, with all visible, and the current one selected, and borders around the tabs.

What is the "traditional" tab on the desktop. Right now desktop apps use the tab control from the framework they are built on or they implement their own tab design and functionality. As far as I know there is no approved and documented design of the tabs on desktop form factor.
