Same thing as Jason: Tested on Raring (3.8.0-23-generic) with account-plugin-facebook proposed version 0.10bzr13.03.26-0ubuntu1.1 and that works!

I successfully added a Facebook account, I can see the contacts and I successfully chatted with one!

I hope that helps, since it is my first contribution on Launchpad.
