@Callum, I have already implemented the scroll support (swipe) for the stopwatch and timer. I discussed this during the design meeting on 18th April with Christina. They are already in the trunk. Please test them on the mobile to see if they are effective enough.
As reference here are 3 screenshots which show the swipe area. The swipe action will only be valid within this area (marked by lightgreen temporarily).

You might wonder why the stopwatch swipe area seems small. This is to avoid clash with the input touch signal of the recorded lap list.
