This advises to run "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ubuntu-tweak"

This results in the following line in the file
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/tualatrix-ubuntu-tweak-karmic.list

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ubuntu-tweak/ubuntu karmic main
