Bug Description
In Oneiric, we have two sources of help:
https:/
https:/
The latter has now only one directory with help files, gnome-help:
http://
so the old user-guide template can be deactivated.
Another question: is there any change left in this package compared to the upstream version? Old Gnome2 docs contained some changes, and in Natty, this template contained a lot of changes, but those were moved for Oneiric to the ubuntu-help package, AFAIK.
So, maybe we could resort to translating only the ubuntu-help package, and ship the gnome-help with upstream translations, which means this template should be deactivated as well.

As far as I know the gnome-help template in gnome-user-docs doesn't have any strings which are different to upstream. What do you normally do with packages of that type? I guess the template could be left open to allow people to translate it here and send translations upstream.
