Translation domain was renamed from ibus to ibus10, see:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/oneiric/ibus/oneiric/view/head:/setup/i18n.py

I just updated the translation domain and path of the template, next export should fix it.
