During UDS-L in the session dedicated to translating Ubuntu documentation/help/training/learning materials we decided to move the xubuntu-docs translation templates from Ubuntu to a dedicated project.

This could be the existent xubuntu-docs.

This wait it will be easier for updating the templates, generating the required po and xml files and generating the xubuntu-docs package containing translations.

I will be happy to assist Jimm in doing this migration.
