Bug Description

How to reproduce
==============

1 - Go to system settings and change the system language to any other (I tried Portuguese Brazil)

Expected
========

The system get update with the new language

Current
======

Nothing happens

OBS: After a REBOOT the apps get translated but the shell still using English

the system settings app seems to get updated immediately to use the new locale, but the shell and other apps do not. I believe we need to do a reboot or at least restart the shell to make this happen?

Yeah, settings app should recommend a reboot, it's not worth it to change the language live (like how often do you do that, really).

But even after the reboot the shell does not get update, only the apps

This is basically a duplicate of the very old bug 24935.

The problem is that the unity does not get translated even after login and logout.

After the select the language pt_BR and reboot I still have these strings in English:

"My Apps" ,
"Get more apps from the store",
"Featured"
"Entrertainment",
Etc.

The initial screen shows the date in Portuguese but the message inside the circle still in English.
