From what I can see, the string in question in the gnome-games package is https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+source/gnome-games/+pots/gnome-games/ru/500/+translate

Please note that starting with Ubuntu 13.04, mahjongg (and the rest of the gnome-games) were split into separate packages. For that package, the string is https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/gnome-mahjongg/+pots/gnome-mahjongg/ru/8/+translate, though that seems to have been fixed already.
