about 25 mins after error was reported, but in same login session:

rachel@fluttershy:~$ ps uxe | grep [u]buntuone-client
rachel@fluttershy:~$ echo $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
unix:abstract=/tmp/dbus-BpYzAcHd8B,guid=7215af037f6a9c2f5a2dab0400000058
rachel@fluttershy:~$

... so not actually still running - possibly because i never *intentionally* ran anything ubuntu-one related?
