The current implementation is not the same as the visual design. Currently, all the large items (33 units high) are at the top, and the small (20 high) at the bottom.

Can we make the grid as follows:

[---24w x 20h---] [18w x 33h] [---24w x 20h---]
[18w x 33h] [---24w x 20h---] [18w x 33h] etc.
