I've merged some changes from the raring branches of efimgr and partman into my own bzr branch. I'm subscribing -sponsors in the hopes that we can get this in for 12.04.3, or 12.04.4 at the very latest. The odds are good that enterprise users that are actually using these disks are going to be on LTS.

@Kent, ping me on Monday so I can get you the binaries to test.
