I'm not close to the server right now, but, the "Boot Failed" screen occurs just after the server runs through its POST routine.

I'll try to grab a photo of it and post it tomorrow, but, it basically says:

Boot Failed!

This system is in UEFI mode...(I can't remember the rest)

And then I get the options to press F1 to retry the bootup, F11 to enter the EFI boot options menu or press another function key to enter system setup.
