After this message, the USB subsystem does not respond to connections or disconnections, so for example if I disconnect and reconnect a USM mouse, it doesn't work and I don't see anything in dmesg. This is a problem if I boot with the camera plugged in, or if I plug the camera in later.

If this is the same bug then the release notes need to be changed -- they imply that the problem is restricted to Bison cams with MSI wind notebooks. However, I think there is a more general problem with some UVC usb cameras.
