So, "custom" 10.G firmware installed on Roverbook Neo U100 (MSI Wind U100
re-branded).
VideoCam is ok (in cheese), USB devices (mouse, "disks") are ok, brightness
problem gone, Wi-Fi and BT are switched on/off separately.
