- Save the patch at comment #202 of this forum at "~/src"
- After "cp -vi /boot/config-`uname -r` .config", "patch -p1 < ../intel_ehci_periodic_fix.backport_2.6.31.4.patch"
The compilation takes about 4 hours, but other than these there was no other problem. As mentioned earlier, you don't even need to build the restricted modules.
