The url http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/user works by me. Was it s temporary Problem? Do you was logged in?

Error message still as per original report.

I have used several PCs/browsers, every one produces the error when I click on my username in top right hand corner of screen. So yes, I am always logged in when this happens.

If I log out and go to http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/user then my username and/or password are not accepted.

Reproduction:
1 . On the page of authorization doesn't authorize under the login and the password.
2 . On the main thing to the page there is an authorization through Ubuntu One.
3 . On the page of authorization the error message is issued.

These links really just need to be hidden. There is no user account management within drupal. They are confusing for folks. The fix for this would be to get rid of these pages altogether; and redirect to ubuntu sso as needed.
