A ppc64el enabled .NET source package got uploaded for Ubuntu 24.10 (oracular) to the Ubuntu archive yesterday. See: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dotnet8/8.0.105-8.0.5-0ubuntu2

We are waiting for the Launchpad team to enable the bootstrapping PPA which will trigger building the binaries.
