Comment 8 for bug 1782918

Related to this: in this same setup (laptop screen is bottom display, external monitor is top display), when I change the primary display to the top monitor (so the menu bar is shown on top and the window panel is shown at the bottom of this top monitor), the bottom part of maximized open windows disappears behind the bottom window panel.
