Comment 1 for bug 1733190

I seem to be seeing the same thing in 17.10. Using the Traditional layout if I add indicator-applet I see no change - nothing appears to happen. Using the Redmond layout adding indicator-applet seems to add indicator-applet-complete.

I've been using the flashback session since 11.10 so it's certainly possible that I'm expecting behavior that simply doesn't exist.
