I don't know if this is the right place to report this but the text and the background are both dark in the Tor browser. See attached picture.

Not all menus are affected either. In Firefox (which tor is based on) the text is white.
They're both using the Default 54.0 theme by Mozilla.

To reproduce
1. Install the TOR browser from the software boutique
2. Start the browser
3. Open menu -> Add-ons
4. Hover over any of the icons in the new extensions window.
