When opening a new window inFirefox, the close button is not visible.

#Observed behavior

When clicking on a link that opens a new window in Firefox, the window opens without any "Minimise", "Restore", or "Maximise" buttons. This means that I have to right click, and then click "Close" in order to dismiss the window.

# Expected behavior

The window should appear with the proper control elements in the upper right corner.

I have noticed that window decoration (including the top buttons) appears below the MATE menu.

I have enabled the 'hide' buttons and submitted two screenshots showing the menu overlapping both when it is showing and hidden.

Recommend checking to see if there is an existing bug report for the overlapping window decoration item or else open a separate issue for that. Seem to remember seeing something similar, and that it is more prominent with certain themes.

Does Firefox have no buttons only in certain themes (the ones in the screenshot look to be one of the yuyo themes.). Even though this is for Caja, they mention the behavior: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mate/+bug/1356892
