I forgot about this bug, but had cleaned all of these up except for changing the case from Unix to UNIX.
UNIX refers to the trademarked software, whereas a common term for what Linux is would be "Unix-like". See the Wikipedia entry on UNIX for more.
In addition, Ubuntu's documentation uses "Unix" (https://help.ubuntu.com/9.10/installation-guide/i386/unix-intro.html) and so I propose we keep the current casing.
