If a JS error was happening, we’d see it in ~/.cache/upstart/application-legacy-webbrowser-app-.log.
But I’m not seeing anything there when browsing to ebay.com and following the steps in comment #2 to reproduce the issue (which I can reliably reproduce on my N7).
