Bionic 4.15: The kernel might be missing commit bd14406b78e6 ("perf/hw_breakpoint: Modify breakpoint even if the new attr has disabled set") but its backport relies on several other refactoring commits in that area. No plans for backporting it to Bionic and earlier.
