Comment 5 for bug 1682458

I was having this trouble after upgrading to ubuntu 17.04, I think I've found a workaround.
I simply uninstalled the following packages
geoclue and geoclue-ubuntu-geoip.
Now it appears off on the settings and on the top bar.
