I am also having the same issue. I am running on Xen 4.4. I installed the mythbuntu-desktop on the domU, which uses lightdm and xfce. I have tried connecting with both gvncviewer and ssvncviewer. Same behavior with both VNC clients. It crashes instantly when I start moving the mouse. I also tried switching to gdm after seeing this bug report. It crashes in the same way with either display manager.
