Bug Description

The Hindi-Arabic numeral eight ('۸', U+06F8) is broken; appearing both upside down, and behaving as those it is a combing diacritical to the following character.

I suspect what's happening, is that an attempt has been made to copy the glyph from the seven, using an incorrect transformation matrix.

Problem confirmed in the Regular weight, no issue with Bold. We'll fix for next release.
