Bug Description
With the recent update to the Ubuntu Beta Mono font, the default which Emacs picks up is the bold/italic, and I haven't yet worked out how to get it to do otherwise. Somehow it appears that the order of the definitions has changed so that b/i comes first.
I am setting the font as an X resource:
Emacs.font: UbuntuBeta Mono-11
(I should be able to control it as per: http://
To reproduce, paste the following into a terminal:
----
apt-get install emacs
cat > ~/.Xresources <<EOF
Emacs.font: UbuntuBeta Mono-11
EOF
xrdb -merge ~/.Xresources
----
And then run emacs
