[nc] BFD from Ubuntu Mono contains variable-width glyphs

For (whatever) reason, when the Monospace R21 is rasterised to a Bitmap BFD, many of the glyph entries are not the standard width; some of these are fairly obvious (eg. the Unicode ligatures at FB01 FB02 are double width), some of them may need some puzzling over as they are only slightly out.
