Bug Description

ttf-ubuntu-font-family 0.80-0ubuntu6, Ubuntu 14.04

1. At a terminal:
pango-view --markup --text='<span fallback="false">Tillingdale will likely win</span>' --font="Ubuntu 10"

What you see: The space between "il" looks much less than between "ll" or "li".

What you should see: The space looks the same.

The problem occurs only at 10pt, not at other sizes.
