Thanks for cleaning up my other bugs.
If you mean that the language dialog is now at the beginning of the live CD (which I will never use - because it doesn't ask permission to overwrite the MBR), I don't see that that makes any difference. It still starts with a list of all languages, and languages are only sometimes useful for guessing locales.
