Create team regulations and guidelines

Every FG must have a guide page for the new comers, this page should include:

- Minimal requirements (certain tools, knowledge, etc..) for joining the FG.
- Tutorials, refrences, and learning materials.
- Task list.

Take in consideration that we should finish them in 5 days.

I think it is better to write all these guides in Arabic, we are an Arabic team also we receive a lot of requests to speak in Arabic. What do you think guys?

Yes having it in Arabic is really important, butI think we can do multilingual as usual.

I think we can make a design for this pdf and give it or smaller version
for the newcomers as a guide, but we need to translate it to Arabic.
