Except for :

 * "Why Focus Groups?" We can a point related to effiecnt resource allocation of the team ensuring that most people are active and enjoy their membership in the team :)
 * "How to Join a Focus Group?" it needs to reflect the structure graph we agreed upon on our last meeting.

Ok, I agree it needs to be enhanced, but I can't really figure out
what you mean with this^

be fine. Volunteers are the main team resources. Having then ensures that
there is work for everyone in a field they are interested in.
