That's fair enough, in which case perhaps just a wiki page would do the
trick.

Simply that looking at the current topics it is not obvious as to where
one would start to look. Don't get me wrong I don't want to start adding
extra topics, I just can't see where we would add this.

The other option is to get in touch with whoever does the "Language
Support" option and get them to add a help button.
