We do not want to add additional commands to snap-bootstrap, if we need to make snap-bootstrap do additional things, we will just make the initramfs-mounts command do them at an appropriate time.

Dimitri what do you think of the proposal to add a file to the initrd when we build it (and thus before we sign it with the trusted canonical keys), and make something in the initrd read that file and move time forward to that timestamp?
