We need the fixrtc script from the old initramfs in the new initramfs to help with time errors on pi boot. I.e. https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core/tree/scripts/local-bottom/fixrtc-mount should be put somewhere in the initrd.
