if adminName3 is good for certain countries while in others adminName2 is revelant, then that's a tough one :). Personally I would add them all, but this is going to pose an issue for the design team to come up with something which will appear nice as well. Unfortunately I can only talk to Lina next week. So lets' wait until then.
