Bug Description
When rebooting into the target user and running oem-config, I'm asked for user name password etc. and autologin is disabled; I think it should be enabled by default in UNR.

The preseeding is correct, but ubiquity needs to propagate this preseeding to oem-config (while being careful not to merely propagate ubiquity's own forced setting of passwd/auto-login to true in OEM mode; this is a surprisingly difficult area).
Please file the keyboard layout problem as a separate bug on Ubuntu's oem-config package. I'd rather not handle these two unrelated issues in the same bug report.
