Just tested my Lenovo V14 IIL pn the daily suggested in comment #163 - fails to boot in UEFI with/without secure boot. I am also convinced that the BIOS in the machine is the cause of the failures my USB media is also shown as #Linpus Lite" unless I boot in BIOS mode.
