Further tests on the currecnt Ubuntu daily 20201007.1

ACER Aspire E3 boots BIOS,UEFI;UEFI +secure boot without errors
Dell Inspirion 3521 - BIOS - success - UEFI and UEFI+secure boot - fail
Lenovo X230i - boots successfully in all boot modes
