This is an upstream bug. The preparer id indicates the Ubuntu images are being built with xorriso 1.2.4. It has been confirmed by the author of xorriso that it should be fixed in xorriso 1.3.2 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=740504
